Mareesa has been paving her way in the wellness world since 2018. Over the years, she has completed many yoga teacher certifications, laying her strong foundation in understanding the importance of the mind-body connection. During her healing journey, she felt the call to deepen her knowledge surrounding energetics and later became a Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. Since then, she has taught classes and held events throughout the DFW area. Aside from teaching regular yoga classes and leading events, she also works one-on-one with clients delivering an experience that caters to the mind, body, and spirit. Her passion and purpose lie in walking alongside women and mothers as they navigate their unique healing journeys. Mareesa is dedicated to creating a nurturing space that helps clients repair their nervous systems and work through trauma held in the body. When Mareesa isn't seeing clients or working on the business side of things you can find her homeschooling her two children and doing her best to soak up the time she has with them.
